In the Choose door area, you see a list of all sites and their associated doors.

1 - Under the site name, click the arrow to view defined doors for the site.

2 - To select each door individually, select the check box next to the door.

3 - To select all doors in a site, select the Select all check box, next to the arrow label.

4 - To select all doors in all sites, select the Select all doors check box.

5 - To view sites only, click the Collapse all view.

6 - To view sites and doors, click the Expand all view.

7 - Click Next to proceed to the Customize stage.

In the Choose door area, you see a list of all sites and their associated doors.

1 - In the Select columns area, click the Add/Subtract button to open the column list.

2 - Labels with a tick next to them appear in the report. Click the label once to select it, and click again to clear it. The Door and Name labels are mandatory.

3 - In the Define filters area, select the parameters to filter the report results. Parameters are grouped into five categories:

•  By card state

•  By cardholder state

•  By feature

•  By group

•  By field

4 - To select a parameter, select the check box, or select from the parameter list.

5 - Click Next to proceed to the Processing stage, or click Previous, to return to the Report type stage.

During the Processing stage, you see a process circle indicate the process activity. Once completed the system automatically proceeds to the Completed stage.

1 - The generated report appears. Choose one of the following export options:

•  Export as PDF

•  Export as Excel

2 - Click Finish.
