Card Number Output on Access Granted by Tenant
1 - Enter the Display Name. It is the tenant’s name (20 characters maximum) that will be displayed in the list.
2 - Enter the Phone Number. The first phone number is used when a visitor select the tenant from the KTES directory. If no phone number is entered, the tenant cannot be called by the KTES system and will not be displayed in the KTES directory either (15 digits maximum).
3 - Enter the tenant's ID. The tenant’s ID is an identification code consisting in a 1 to 5‐digit number a visitor can use to call a tenant.
4 - Enter a PIN. It is a Personal Identification Number (PIN).
1 - Select Link Card Number and enter the Card Number or select Link User and click on from the Select a user window.
2 - Select an Access Schedule from the drop-down list. An access schedule should be configured in order to link a schedule with the tenant access rights. A tenant can access the building according to specific time, days and holidays defined in the system.
1 - Enter a Second Phone Number. The second phone number is used by the KTES to contact the tenant when there is no answer to the first number.
2 - Select the Second Phone Number Schedule from the drop-down list.
3 - Click the Call Second Phone Number Only On Schedule checkbox.
1 - Enter a Start Date manually or click on and select a date. The Start Date is the date from which the tenant can access the system.
2 - Enter an End Date manually or click on and select a date. The End Date is the date at which the tenant cannot access the system anymore and its status is no more valid.
3 - Click the Show Tenant checkbox. This option is used if you want the current tenant’s name to be displayed.
4 - Select an Administration Level from the drop-down list. Select the administration level for the tenant (Installer, Owner, Maintenance or Tenant).
5 - Click the Prioritize In Display List checkbox. Prioritized tenants will be shown first in the list. The other tenants will be displayed in alphabetical order.
6 - Select the Tenant Language from the drop-down list. Select the default language used by the KTES for the tenant.
7 - Select Trace. The trace option allows the activation of a relay and/or the generation of a traceability event.
8 - Select a Do Not Disturb Schedule from the drop-down list. This functionality is used to place the tenant in a “Do not Disturb” status if the selected schedule is active.
9 - You would check the Hide From List (do not disturb schedule) check box if you would like the tenant to remain hidden from the list or for search option while in the “Do not Disturb” status.
10 - Select Extended Ring. The system can allow an extended number of rings in order to give more time for the tenant to answer.
11 - Click Hide From List (do not disturb schedule). This option is used if you want the current tenant’s name to be hidden from the list in accordance with the do not disturb schedule.
12 - Click on Extended Door Access Delay. The extended delays correspond to the additional time lapse a door should stay unlocked and could be kept opened (for instance, a handicapped person could need more time to access to a building).

. If Link Card Number has been selected, a card number will be sent by the KTES to another controller in the case where the KTES is integrated to another access controller.
2 - Click Save or Cancel to return to the Tenants List configuration window.
