Operation Users |
• This panel displays the list of users. Right-click on the header zone and select the fields you want to be displayed in the list.
• A filter in the Users window was added to display a list of badges that were never printed. This filter is applied by adding the Badge Print Issue column and sorting it from the lowest number (0).

• Click on a user in the list to display the card's last transactions in the right panel.
• The upper part of the right panel contains the user's picture, the card number, Display Nb to indicate that the card number is displayed or not, the expiry date and indications for Trace and Stolen/Lost.
• Click the Preview Badge button to preview and printout directly from the Users window.
• The lower part shows the last transactions with the date and time.
• From the drop-down list, select between User name and Card number.
• Use the Filter... textbox to sort the users/cards according the characters string you have entered.
• Click on a letter to display only the user names beginning with that letter.
• Add: Click the Add button to add a new user.
• Edit: Click the Edit button to modify an existing user or use a right-click on a user on the left and select Edit from the contextual menu.
• Save As: Click the Save As button to make a duplicate of an existing user or use a right-click on a user on the left and select Save As from the contextual menu.
• Delete: Click the Delete button to delete an existing user or use a right-click on a user on the left and select Delete from the contextual menu.
• Import: Click the Import button to import a card data CSV file.
• Export: Click the Export button to export card data in a CSV file.

• Previous/Next: Use the Previous and Next buttons to navigate through the users list.
• WatchList button: If a component is "watched", it will be displayed in this list.
• Zoom buttons: Use the

buttons to make a zoom out or zoom in of the time scale.
