ACCESS LEVELS

Access levels determine where and when the card will be valid.

Note:        The default access level is Always valid, all doors: cardholders assigned this default access level have access to all doors at any time. To restrict access to certain doors and at a certain time, you have to create a specific access level.

Left Panel

§        This panel displays the existing sites in a drop-down list.

§        Use the Filter... textbox to sort the access levels according the characters string you have entered.

§        You will find the list of  existing access levels associated with the selected site under the Filter... textbox.

Working Area

§        The working area displays all the doors linked to the selected access level, with their associated schedule.

§        You can double-click anywhere in the working area to display the Access Level configuration window (click here for more information).

Top Right Buttons

§        Add: Click the Add button to add a new access level (click here for more information).

§        Edit: Click the Edit button to modify the selected access level (click here for more information) or use a right-click on the selected access level on the left or anywhere in the working area and select Edit from the contextual menu.

§        Save As:   Click the Save As button to make a duplicate of the selected  access level (click here for more information) or use a right-click on the selected access level on the left or anywhere in the working area and select  Save As from the contextual menu.

§        Delete: Click the Delete button to delete  the selected  access level or use a right-click on the selected access level on the left or anywhere in the working area and select  Delete from the contextual menu.

Bottom Bar

§        WatchList button: If a component is "watched", it will be displayed in this list.

§        Zoom buttons: Use the and buttons at the bottom right corner of the window to make a zoom out or zoom in of the time scale.

§        Use buttons or the slider commands at the bottom of the window to increase or decrease time intervals.
