The banner section contains the following icons:

•  Operator: click to change a Password, to Add photo, or to Log out.

•  Log out: to exit the system.

•  More options: click for the following functions:

○  Options see the Options section for more detail.

○  Help opens the administration manual.

○  Exit the application.

E-mail notification

The e-mail notification sends a message to defined recipients when an alarm occurs on any item included in the Watchlist.

1 - Enter an e-mail address in the Recipients field. Enter each e-mail address on its own line.

2 - Select an associated schedule from the Schedule list. The system sends the notification within the schedule start and end time.

Software version

View details of all EntraPass software devices.

Settings

1 - For Operator settings, click the Reset button to clear operator settings, for example customized columns, and tags.

2 - For Warning dialogs, click the Reset button to reinstate warnings that were dismissed using the Don’t show again option.

Installation

Some advanced features require the installation of a package, click Install for the package you want:

•  VideoEdge package contains the American Dynamics software development kit (SDK).

•  Exacq video package contains evapi.dll and the EntraPass dynamic-link libraries (DLLs) required for the DVR video features.

•  Virtual Keypad package contains the EntraPass DLLs required for the intrusion features.

The function navigation contains the operational, configuration, and installation functions available on EntraPass web.

The function header displays the following icons:

•  Switch Account icon, for more information, see Switch account.

•  The selected function tab

•  Split screen tab

•  Undock tab

•  Close tab

•  Add tab

•  Watchlist icon. Setup the watchlist in Operations.

Function arrow

To view a list of tab functions, click the function arrow:

•  Split tab horizontally

•  Split tab vertically

•  Close tab

•  Close all tab

•  Close other tabs

•  Dock all

•  The last section displays all open tabs. Select a tab from the list to bring into focus.

Function tab

The function tab manages the selected function, and may have many panes. The selected function tab is blue, other open tabs are black.

A field with a blue tag containing an asterisk indicates a mandatory field.
