In the Archive window, select the report you want to view. If the selected report was defined as a “Display In/Out Report” and “Sybase Database” as the output format, the following window appears.
Select the display options:
Group by— Select this option for easier management. The report data may be grouped by card user names or by card numbers.
Sort by—You may choose a sort order, by user names, or by card numbers.
Report type—Select this option for easier management. You may choose to include details with or without total.
Click Preview to display the result of the report. From that window, you can save the report (in.QRP format) or print the report.
