1 - Click the Operator tab, and click the Add button.

2 - If you want to define the operator and activate immediately, click Enable. Enable is the default state.

3 - If you want to define the operator and not activate immediately, click Disable.

4 - In the Name field, enter the full name of the cardholder.

5 - In the Login name field, enter a unique name with a minimum of six characters.

6 - In the Password field, enter a minimum of seven characters.

7 - In the Confirm password field, re-enter the password.

8 - In the Email field, enter an e-mail address. E-mail is mandatory only if you select the EntraPass web, or EntraPass go check boxes.

9 - The Language automatically defaults to the primary language. The system uses this language for e-mail notifications.

10 - Select one of the following security levels from the Security level list:

•  Administrator

•  Guard

•  Installer

11 - Select a workspace from the Workspace list.

12 - To e-mail the operator a link to install EntraPass web, select the EntraPass web check box.

13 - To e-mail links to the operator to install EntraPass go, select the EntraPass go check box.

Password options

1 - To request a password change from the operator at the next login, select the Change password at next login check box.

2 - To disable the system if the operator enters an incorrect password, select the Disable on bad password check box. Enter how attempts the system allows before disabling.

3 - If you want to time limit the operator’s password, select the Days before password reset check box. Enter how many days in the field, maximum is 120 days.

Validation date

If you want to end the operator’s access to the system, select the Operator expiration date check box. Enter the end date.
