1  - Click the Action Scheduler tab, and click the Add button.

2  - In the Primary language field, enter the action name.

3  - Optional: In the Secondary language field, enter the action name in a different language.

4  - In the Schedule area, select the action you want to occur.

5  - In the date field, select the day, and enter the time to complete the action. The action you select determines the names of the date field, and if you need to complete an additional time field.

6  - Select a tag from the Tag list. Each new name generates a new tag. Fifty tags is the maximum amount possible.

7  - If you want to delete an action once it has executed, select the Delete action when expired check box.

8  - If you want the action to repeat, select a type of recurrence from the Frequency list. These are the frequency options:

•  None

•  Daily

•  Weekly

•  Monthly

•  Annually

9  - In the Counter field, select how many recurrences.

10  - In the Components area, click Add to open the Select component window.

11  - Click a component to select, click again to clear. You can select one component, or multiple components. Click Select, and click Save.
