Operation Doors

This window allows an authorized operator to manually modify the state of a door. Operators can manually lock/unlock a door, temporary unlock a door, enable/disable readers on selected doors and get the full status of a door.

Top Right Buttons

• Lock: Click this button or use a right-click on a door and select Lock from the contextual menu to manually lock the selected door.

• Unlock: Click this button or use a right-click on a door and select Unlock from the contextual menu to manually unlocked and keep unlocked until the next valid change of the unlocking schedule or until an operator manually locks the door.

• One Time Access: Click this button or use a right-click on a door and select One Time Access from the contextual menu to allow a single access for that door. Once the door contact is triggered, the One Time Access is consumed.

Note...

One Time Access will last according to the unlock timer value for the door.

• Temporary Unlock: Click this button or use a right-click on a door and select Temporary Unlock from the contextual menu to temporarily unlocks a door for a preset delay. Enter a delay in the timer box. Once the delay expires, the door re‐lock automatically.

• Set Back To Schedule: Click this button or use a right-click on a door and select Set Back To Schedule from the contextual menu to reapply the locking schedule for a door.

• Enable Reader: Click this button or use a right-click on a door and select Enable Reader from the contextual menu to enable a previously disabled door reader.

• Disable Reader: Click this button or use a right-click on a door and select Disable Reader from the contextual menu to disable a door reader so the users will not be able to access that door, even if they have proper access rights.

• Display video: Video is available only if defined in the door settings.

• Set Unlock Schedule: Use a right-click on a door and select Set Unlock Schedule from the contextual menu to allow the system to unlock the door for a predetermine period of time that you have entered.

• Enable Floor: Select from the contextual menu to enable the floor (for elevator door only).

• Disable Floor: Select from the contextual menu to enable the floor (for elevator door only).

• Arm: Send a request to arm on the alarm panel. This feature is not available for wireless locks.

• Disarm: Send a request to disarm on the alarm panel. This feature is not available for wireless locks.

• Show Full Status: Use a right-click on a door and select Show Full Status from the contextual menu to view the door status details.

• Icons display mode: Click the button to display doors as icons in the working area.

• List display mode: Click the button to display doors in a list in the working area.
