Preview Badge

•  Use the Print front side, Print back side and Print both sides buttons to see different views of the badge.

•  If the template is single sided, then BACK and DUAL will be greyed out.

•  Click the Flip to back side button to view the other side of the badge if the badge template has 2 sides. Otherwise it will be greyed out.

•  Click the Printer drop-down to select a printer among the list.

○  If no printer is selected, the message displayed will be: Select printer...

○  If no printer is installed, the message displayed will be: No printer found...

○  If the selected printer is not found, the message displayed will be: Select printer...

Note...

Once the print command is sent to the printer, the Print Badge screen will be closed automatically notifying the operator that the command has been processed. If any error occurs with the printing process (printer not connected, badge gets stuck), a warning message will be displayed.

The Preview badge button will not be displayed in EntraPass Web unless the operator’s Print badge option is selected under the EntraPass System/Security level menu. See EntraPass Help for details.
