In case the SQL SErver is not present when the Comm Server program is running all system activity is recorded into a
File on the comm Server PC called CSErrorLog.txt - This allows the program to continue to run without losing data.

To recover that history and move it into the SQL Server you must locate the RecoverLogRecs.exe program located in the
Utilities folder on the software distribution CD. Copy that file RecoverLogRecs.exe into the C:\WinDSXSQL folder on the
Comm Server PC.

Run the DataBase program on the Comm Server. Select System/Setup/DataBase Path. The Database path is where the
CSerrorlog.txt file must be placed. The CSerrorLog.txt file is created in the C:\WinDSXSQL\Errors\ folder of the Comm
Server. If this is the shared database path you are ready. If it is not copy this file to the errors folder in the
WinDSXSQL directory of the Shared database location.

The CSErrorlog.txt file must be placed in the shared database path as it is defined in the DataBase program on the
Comm Server PC. This could be C:\WinDSXSQL\Errors or iT could be s:\WinDSXSQL\Errors if the DAtaBase path is located
on a different server.

Once the CSErrorLog.txt file is in the errors folder of the shared WinDSXSQL database path and the RecoverLogRecs.exe
is the C:\WinDSXSQL folder of the Comm Server you can start the RecoverLogRecs.exe by double clicking on it and then
Clicking on the "Recover Log Records" button. When finished close the program and delete all copy of the cserrorlog.txt
file.
